The information we collect depends on how you interact with Courveia. You may provide information to us when you:

- register for or attend an event or Courveia experience;

- otherwise interact with Courveia.

We do not collect health information in connection with Courveia retreats or experiences.

4. NEWSLETTER & COURVEIA COMMUNICATIONS
We use Klaviyo to manage our newsletter and certain customer communications. If you choose to subscribe, we may use information such as your name, email address and interactions with Courveia communications to send and improve news about our collections, stories, events, experiences and other developments.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from contacting you where necessary in connection with an order, enquiry or service you have requested.
5. ONLINE SHOP
Our online shop is operated using Shopify.
When you shop with Courveia, information required to process your order may be processed through Shopify. This may include your name, contact information, delivery and billing address, order details, device information and payment-related information. Payment information may also be processed by the relevant payment provider. Courveia does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.
6. WEBSITE & HOSTING
We use METANET & Netlify for website infrastructure and hosting-related services and Prismic as part of our website content-management infrastructure. In providing these services, technical information may be processed where necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the Courveia website.
7. ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.
Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, session information, approximate geographic location, browser and device information and interactions with the website.
We use this information in aggregated form to understand website performance, improve the experience of our visitors and understand which content is useful and relevant.
Where required, Google Analytics will only be activated after you have made the relevant choice through our cookie settings.
We also use Ahrefs for search-engine optimisation, website-performance analysis and to understand how Courveia appears in search results.
8. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell your personal information. Where necessary to operate Courveia, we may share or make information available to carefully selected service providers, including:
- METANET – website infrastructure and hosting;
- Netlify – website infrastructure and hosting;
- Prismic – website content-management infrastructure;
- Shopify – e-commerce and online-shop services;
- Klaviyo – email marketing and customer communications;
- Google Analytics – website analytics;
- Ahrefs – search-engine optimisation and website analysis;
- payment and delivery providers required to fulfil orders; and
- professional advisers and technical service providers where necessary.
These providers process information according to their respective roles and applicable contractual and legal requirements. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, court order or another lawful request from a competent authority.
